Can I turn off specific notifications?
Can I turn off specific notifications?
Not at the moment. exIQtive sends these emails automatically, and you can’t turn individual notifications on or off.
I got a “badge invalidated by checklist” email. What does that mean?
I got a “badge invalidated by checklist” email. What does that mean?
An Architect created an Inspection Protocol for a responsibility you were certified on without one. Your old badge was removed because its basis (no checklist at the time) is no longer true, so you now need a formal inspection to be recertified. It isn’t a judgment on your competence; the standard for the responsibility has simply been properly defined.
I completed my checkpoints but haven't received a “restored” email. Did it work?
I completed my checkpoints but haven't received a “restored” email. Did it work?
Restoration runs once a day, overnight, so expect the email the next morning. If it hasn’t arrived after 24 hours, check your badge standing in Your Stuff, and contact your Coach or administrator if something looks wrong.
The email says an administrator removed my badge. Why?
The email says an administrator removed my badge. Why?
The reason the administrator recorded is in the email. If you have questions, talk to your administrator or manager. To get recertified, contact your Coach to schedule an inspection.
