An Administrator is one of the three Account Roles in exIQtive, below Owner and Co-Owner. An Administrator can access and operate every day-to-day module: Organization, Readiness, All Tasks, Ask IQ, and Activity.

What an Administrator does

Day to day, an Administrator:
  • Manages the organizational tree: employees, positions, roles, and responsibilities
  • Runs readiness operations, including managing inspections and awarding, giving, and removing badges (including the Architect badge)

What an Administrator can’t do

What separates an Administrator from a Co-Owner is Settings and user management. An Administrator can’t:
  • Access Settings
  • Give access to new users
  • Suspend or restore access
  • Change account users’ email addresses

Administrator vs Personas

Account Roles are separate from Personas, so being an Administrator says nothing about someone’s own work in the organization. An Administrator’s responsibilities and Readiness come from their Position, not their Account Role. The same person can administer the account and separately hold Coach or Architect badges.
