The Account Owner is the highest of the three Account Roles in exIQtive, above Co-Owner and Administrator. Every account has exactly one Owner at a time: the person who created the account or received ownership through a transfer.

What the Owner can do

The Owner has everything a Co-Owner has (full access to Settings, account configuration, and user management) plus one thing no one else can do: transfer ownership to another account user.
The Owner can’t be suspended. To remove the current Owner’s access, ownership has to be transferred to someone else first.

Owner vs Personas

Account Roles are separate from Personas, so being the Owner says nothing about someone’s daily work in the organization. An Owner is usually also an Employee and may hold Coach or Architect badges, but nothing requires it. An external consultant with no Position in the organization can administer the account as a Co-Owner.
