How positions work
Positions sit at the center of the exIQtive structure: Employee → Position → Role → Responsibility → Checkpoints → Readiness In practice:- A position is created and activated.
- One or more roles are attached to the position, and responsibilities can also be attached to it directly.
- Each role contains responsibilities.
- An employee is assigned to the position.
- The employee automatically receives every responsibility linked to that position.
