# Readiness

> What Readiness measures in exIQtive and where to see it for yourself and your employees.

Readiness is exIQtive's measure of whether an employee can perform their Responsibilities independently, consistently, and to the required standard. This section covers how Readiness works, how it's calculated, and where to see it.

## Where to see readiness

* **Your own Readiness** — your Path to Readiness view shows your Responsibilities and badges.
* **Your employees' Readiness** — go to **Readiness** in the side menu. The **Employees** tab lists each employee's Readiness and shows your organization's average compared with last month.
